Welcome to Pewosa TradeFair!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pewosa TradeFair ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website pewosatradefair.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You agree to use Pewosa TradeFair in compliance with all applicable laws, including Uganda’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2011. You are prohibited from:

• Engaging in activities that could harm Pewosa TradeFair or its users.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must notify us immediately at info@pewosatradefair.ug of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Pewosa TradeFair employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account, but you remain responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases and Payments

Ticket availability and terms are set by the event Organizer.
Pewosa TradeFair facilitates ticket transactions but is not responsible for the event itself.
Tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.
A service fee may apply to ticket purchases, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

5. Event Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event listings (e.g., dates, prices, venues) and compliance with all applicable laws and permits.
Organizers must honor all tickets sold through Pewosa TradeFair.
Revenue from ticket sales will be disbursed to Organizers per the agreed terms with Pewosa TradeFair.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If an event is canceled, the Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds.
Pewosa TradeFair may assist in processing refunds but is not liable for non-delivery of refunds.
Refund policies are set by the Organizer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraud, false advertising, or intellectual property infringement.
• Disrupt or interfere with Pewosa TradeFair’s functionality, servers, or networks.

8. Third-Party Links

Pewosa TradeFair may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. You access these links at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Pewosa TradeFair, including logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Utrax Agency Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pewosa TradeFair is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Pewosa TradeFair does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
